Strength Block

Barbell Workout

  • Bench Press — 15 minutes to find a 1RM
  • DB Chest Flys — 4 × 12
  • Bent-Over Back Rows (BB) — 4 × 10, alternating grip each set
  • Supine Row — 3 × 12
  • Decline Push-ups — 4 × max reps each set
